The story begins when Inthu, a young fortune-teller, keeps dreaming about a man’s death and eventually realizes the person in his vision is Thapfah. After several strange incidents and a few close calls where Inthu ends up saving him, Thapfah decides he must leave the city to protect himself and his family.

The story follows Dr. Thapfah and Inthu, a tarot reader—two people who see the world in completely different ways. When fate brings them together, what begins with doubt and tension slowly grows into understanding, trust, and eventually love. At its core, the drama is about a fortune-teller who predicts a doctor’s impending death and becomes determined to protect him from a mysterious danger.

My Magic Prophecy opens with Inthu, a young fortune-teller haunted by recurring dreams of Thapfah, who is the older brother of his best friend, Dao. Thapfah is a doctor who has no faith in fortune-telling. He initially dismisses Inthu’s warnings, but a series of strange and dangerous incidents—many of which Inthu helps him escape—forces him to reconsider. To protect himself and his family, he leaves the city and reluctantly accompanies Inthu to Mae Hong Son.

The movie is about two person - Thapfah (Doctor) and Inthu ( Tarotist). They have different faith and don't like each other im thể first time they meet. But they have to stay together, because some story. When they stay together, they begin to understand and start to fall in love.
